Thinking of You Little Lolita Card

This card was made for my first Lil Lolita challenge.  20's Evie can be found in the All That Scraps store here.
Doesn't she look so sweet in blues and pinks?  I colored her with my Copic Sketch Markers (B00/12/16, R22/20, E11/00/000, and Y18/15/13).  I used blue music sheet paper from the Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby Collection, patterned paper from Iron Orchid Designs, and Cardstock.  I inked and distressed all the edges and used a hero arts sentiment stamp.  The flower I made from the matching patterned paper using a technique I found in the Summer 2010 issue of Magnolia Ink.  You punch or die cut three small flower, three medium flowers and four large flowers, poke a hole in the middle with a push pen or paper piercer and place all the flowers on a brad.  You then mist the flowers with water thoroughly soaking them.  Next you fold in each petal.  Finally you unfold the petals, shaping them as you go and let it dry.  (The tricky part is unfolding the petals.)  The final touch was a little butterfly from my stash!

I plan to enter this card into the following challenges:
