You are so Sweet Card

Fighting a cold and not feeling so hot but I had to do this card because I just love Karber Digital Images-they are too cute!  I used ice cream Jenny for this card-you can find her here

I plan to enter this card into the following challenges:

tuesdaymorningsketches.blogspot.com -Sketch (see below)

I colored Jenny using my Copic Sketch Markers and cut her out.  I mounted her on a white circle (pre-inked, sanded and distressed of course!) with foam adhesive and a scalloped circle cut with my nestabilities in my quickutz revolution.  I used some pattered paper from my stash and assembled the card according to the sketch (above) from Tuesday Morning Sketchers.  I stamped the sentiment using some little letter stamps from Studio G, added some blue pearls and added some crystal stickles to the ice cream (I just couldn't resist!)

Rudolph Christmas

I won the random drawing at the Karber Weekly Challenge a few days ago and received two free digital stamps!  Whoo-hoo!  One of the images I picked was this adorable Rudolph digi-Isn't he cute!  You can find him here. I thought he would be perfect for a Christmas Card (Well I do still have 40 or 50 to make....)

I plan to enter this card into the following challenges:

I colored Rudolph using my Copic Sketch Markers, then added some white flock to his Santa Hat and some Candy Cane Red Stickles to his nose.  I used some old winter themed patterned paper from my stash; hand cutting some "snow" banks from white cardstock.  I then added glue to the top portion of the layers and sprinkled some White Flower Soft.  I used some crystal stickles to highlight the snowflakes on the patterned paper.

I made the base of the card out of black cardstock and coordinating pattered paper.  Naturally, I inked and distressed the edges of almost everything before putting it together.  I used foam adhesive to pop up the snow scene and to place the pull-out sentiment tag.  Finally I added some Candy Cane Twine, a Red Button and a Jute bow-tied by my deft-handed daughter!!!
